Terms and Conditions - Canada Farm Kennels and Cattery

Admissions

Pets should arrive before 3.00pm to give our staff plenty of time to settle them in; we reserve the right to refuse to accept late arrivals.

Pre-Booking Visits

We encourage you to visit our kennels before boarding your pet for the first time; we are happy to show you round the kennels and cattery and answer your questions at any time during our opening hours.

Vaccinations

1. Dogs

All dogs must hold a current vaccination certificate for Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus.

All vaccinations should be completed 2 weeks before boarding and your certificate must be produced when you bring your pet to be boarded. If you forget to bring your vaccination certificate we may be able to confirm by phone.

2. Cats

All cats must be fully vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Feline Influenza. We recommend vaccination against Feline Leukaemia. Please bring your vaccination certificate when you bring you cat in for boarding.

Charging Policy

We charge any part of any day that your pet is with us.

Payment

1. Deposit

A deposit of £40 for each pet is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Balance of Account

This is payable on arrival by cash or, at our discretion, by cheque accompanied by a valid cheque card. Unfortunately at the present time we do not have the facility to accept credit or debit cards. We reserve the right to refuse admission should this payment not be forthcoming.

Medication

All necessary medication must be supplied with clear instructions on administration. In most cases medication can be continued at no extra charge.

Veterinary Care

We are fully insured, which covers your pet for veterinary care that may arise during their stay at Canada Farm Kennels & Cattery. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
